Tuition Information

• The dance year will consist of weekly lessons from September 7th 2024 to May 26th 2025

• The music year will consist of lessons from September 7th 2024 to June 5th 2025

• Make up lessons are made when Holidays land on a date with scheduled lessons (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Family Day) Christmas and March Break weeks are accounted for in our full year season.

• Tuition payments are due September 1st to May 1st if using the monthly payment method. Full year payment is an option. Once registered allow us 48 hours to invoice the amount to you. Drop in rates available for non recital full year dance classes.

• Costume Deposits - For dance students. From September to April a $15 costume deposit will be charged for every costume required for each dance class. Please note that full year tuition payment method has a $75 costume deposit per costume required. Due Nov 30. Costume deposits are non refundable.

• Every “member” of our studio families will be eligible for member rates for events and programs when applicable. Includes Mini Camps, special events, master classes, studio swag and more!

Registration Fee: $20.00 annual non-refundable membership fee applies to all students due upon registration

Production Fee: $30 fee (non-refundable) for all dance families involved in performance recitals (March or Year-End in May/June).
This provides families with a link to their online video of dance performance shows.

Tuition Fees & Payment:

• Class tuition is determined by length of class.

• We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Auto Debit. Interac & e-transfer available, please discuss with us if desired.

Family Discounts

• 5% discount applies to 2nd sibling (all programs)

• 10% discount applies to 3rd sibling (all programs)

Refunds and Credits

• Registration Fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee

• Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness, snow days, or personal commitments.

• The Studio reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration

• If a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit or refund will be issued.

• A refund or Studio credit can be applied once a minimum of 3 classes have been attended with unsuccessful participation from the student. Tuition only is refundable or Studio credit, registration fees are non-refundable.

Payments and Balances

• If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account you may request one or go to your Customer Portal.
  Overdue Balances Only: A statement will be provided for amount due with late charges assessed.

• Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be permitted to continue in class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made. Please ensure to keep communication with us.
