Laura Leichnitz

Laura started dancing at age 6 and found The Studio as an adult when she enrolled her children and began dancing herself again. In between, she discovered her love for art and attended a joint program between the University of Toronto and Sheridan College in Art and Art History where she majored in printmaking and sculpture. She has over 20 years of teaching experience which began teaching summer camps and after school programs with Mississauga Visual Arts and has become a career with the Peel District School Board. She also participates in the annual Christmas Market with her Cozybea Crochet items and loves teaching Art Club at The Studio.
